Direct investment is generally related to investment into real estate backed assets, often off-plan developments within the hotel and leisure sectors. Many of our investors have relied on this form of investment for some time, as over the longer term, property has traditionally been less volatile, with fewer risk implications.

Indirect Investments
We have acted as the “property manager” for various closed ended property funds that are listed on the Channel Islands stock exchange.

The funds operate as Qualified Investor Funds only accepting investments introduced to the funds through regulated financial advisers where professional independent advice has been given.
