Direct Investments

Stately Investments have a division solely focused on direct investment opportunities and portfolio building.

Direct investment is generally related to individual or syndicated investment into real estate backed assets, often off-plan developments. Many of our investors have relied on this form of investment for some time, as property has traditionally been less volatile, with fewer risk implications.

To further decrease risk and maximise investment success, our direct investment opportunities encompass capital protection and a minimum guaranteed return. Direct investment allows our clients more control of their financial future, with a higher potential return.

Indirect Investments

We work in association with Stirling Mortimer Ltd, who have successfully launched a number of property funds that are listed on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange. Only accepting investments through FSA regulated advisors, these funds allow investments from a number of sources, most notably all UK pension funds, Individual Savings Accounts and Personal Equity Plan transfers, as well as individual investors, into the residential property market.
