An Overview

Our expertise in the real estate investment sector has enabled us to act as the property manager for various closed ended property funds that are listed on the Channel Islands stock exchange. These activities include:

• Assistance in the identification of properties for the relevant fund to invest in, consistent with that funds investment policy.
• Making recommendations on the property investment strategy for the relevant fund.
• Assisting in the preparation of Individual Property or Project Business Plans for each of the properties owned by the relevant fund.
• Marketing, packaging and promotion in relation to asset disposal.

These funds are regulated by the FSA and only accept investments through FSA regulated advisors, allowing investments from a number of sources, most notably all UK pension funds, Individual Savings Accounts and Personal Equity Plan transfers, as well as individual investors, into the residential property market.
