The Development
Maha Beach Resort is a mixed use development based on a beachfront location in Cabo Negro, Morocco.
Set within stunning landscaped grounds the project encompasses 160 residential apartments, developed with space in mind and separated over 10 blocks of 16 apartments. Adjacent to the apartment complexes and within the grounds, the apartments will benefit from the services of an onsite boutique hotel and spa complex, as well as access to an onsite commercial zone providing a variety of shopping and restaurant services.

The development has been designed to be sympathetic with the local surrounding architecture and with this in mind both the apartment and hotel fascias will be finished in rustic cement rendering with natural stone in lays.
